Privacy Policy

This policy explains information Rollin Right may process to provide its carrier-focused trucking software, subscriptions and in-app workflows.

Information we may process

Depending on what you use, this may include account and company information, subscription and role, carrier authority information, truck and equipment details, homebase and current-location inputs, route searches, load preferences and results, documents, communications, operational records, expenses and payment records, integration settings and support information.

Location

When you choose Use My Location, your device may ask permission to provide location for nearby freight, routing or nearby services. You can deny or disable device permission and enter a city or address instead. Location access is not permission to expose our private backend or unrelated account information.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, isolate workspaces, enforce plan and role access, find and rank relevant freight, create routes, provide requested AI features, organize operations, manage subscriptions, secure the platform, troubleshoot problems and improve service reliability.

Freight and routing providers

When a feature uses an authorized freight, mapping, routing or other integration, we may exchange the carrier, truck, search, location, load or action information reasonably necessary to perform that request. Access to one provider does not authorize access to another provider or to restricted data.

Payments

Payment processors may process payment details and provide Rollin Right subscription, transaction and billing status information. Rollin Right uses that status to determine paid access. We do not need to expose payment-provider credentials to subscribers.

Backend and security

Subscribers interact through the Rollin Right application. Private service credentials, administrative systems and backend infrastructure are not subscriber-facing features. We use safeguards designed to restrict access based on account, organization, role and service needs, although no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Service providers

Hosting, authentication, payments, maps, routing, communications, analytics and authorized integration providers may process information needed to perform their services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Sharing you request

If you ask Rollin Right to communicate with or connect you to a broker, shipper, dealer, seller or other provider, we may share information reasonably necessary for that request. We do not treat that as permission to share unrelated private workspace information.

Retention and choices

We keep information as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or contractual requirements. You may update available account information and may request access, correction or deletion where applicable; some records may need to be retained.

Adults only

Rollin Right is intended for users 18 and older.

Updates

We may update this policy as Rollin Right changes and will provide notice when required by law.

Effective September 21, 2026. These terms may be updated as Rollin Right adds providers or regulated functionality.
