Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paid Rollin Right plans are recurring subscriptions at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. The checkout provider displays the amount before purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription to prevent future renewals through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation does not erase records that must be retained for security, accounting or legal purposes.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, paid functionality may be restricted or suspended while the subscription is inactive.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription charges are not automatically refundable merely because a billing period was partially used. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported for review. Nothing here limits statutory rights that apply.

Third-party charges

Payment processors, freight providers, mapping services or other connected services may have separate fees and terms. Rollin Right subscription pricing does not automatically include third-party charges.

Effective September 21, 2026. These terms may be updated as Rollin Right adds providers or regulated functionality.
