Rollin Right is for users age 18 and older.

Driver safety

Always obey road signs, laws, restrictions, traffic controls and current conditions. Do not interact with the app while driving when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Truck routing

Routing is decision-support information and may not reflect every clearance, weight limit, closure, construction zone or temporary restriction. Vehicle information must be accurate. Drivers remain responsible for confirming a route is safe and lawful for their vehicle and cargo.

Load verification

Before accepting freight, verify the counterparty, rate confirmation, pickup and delivery requirements, cargo, equipment fit, insurance requirements and payment terms. Rankings and urgency signals are not independent verification.

AI and automation

Automated analysis and agent outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Human review is required before material transportation, safety, contracting, financial or compliance decisions.

Financial information

Money, payroll, tax and expense tools organize or estimate information. Unless a separately identified payment provider is activated, Rollin Right does not hold or distribute user funds. These tools are not legal, tax or accounting advice.

Emergencies

Rollin Right is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency or roadway authority when needed.

Effective September 21, 2026. These terms may be updated as Rollin Right adds providers or regulated functionality.
